My work space

My work space

Over the past five years, I have gradually developed my workspace into a place that feels both practical and full of character. It all began with a 1970s teak lounge unit I found on eBay. I dismantled it, repurposed the pieces, and transformed it into a unique jewellery bench with a touch of retro charm.

Working in a small space means there is always a challenge to keep things organised, and I will admit it does not stay perfectly tidy for long. But recently, I gave it a good sort out, partly because my daughter has now caught the jewellery making bug after attending courses at Jewellers Academy Brighton. So now I am sharing the space with her, which makes it all the more special.

My workshop is more than just a place to work; it is somewhere I love spending time.
